Building Multiple Teams: Creating Systems & Utilizing Existing Systems for Greater Success -Free WorksTeam Webinar Mar. 22nd
By Wendy Mills on March 19, 2010 | No Comments
As most WorksTeam members know, we’ve recommended promoting more than one company and/or products and services for multiple income stream for quite some time, and that has been the focus of our training from the March 8th – March 22nd webinars. To create the financial and time freedom so many want, it is important to create multiple income streams and not have “all your eggs in one basket”.
But how do you manage multiple teams, providing the necessary support, and develop strong leadership and growth for success?
People who excel in network marketing, and in running their own businesses, are those who take initiative, seek out information and become independent as soon as possible. Your goal when building a team should be to help your team become independent leaders, and teach them to help their team to do the same. People who fail to accomplish that goal often reach a low level of success and then “plateau” because they do not have resources and systems in place to help their team, and burn out trying to do everything for their downline. When you are building team in more than one company it is essential for you and your team’s success.
Promoting more than one company, and building more than one team, can be done, and done well with the right support systems in place. This training webinar, Building Multiple Teams: Creating Systems and Utilizing Existing Systems for Greater Success, we’ll be focusing on how to set up systems and utilize existing systems to help new team members get off on a solid start, free up your time, and create strong, independent organizations. You’ll gain insights that will help you whether you are just starting out, are only promoting one company, or have been building teams for a while. So…
